We are so grateful for all who are traveling from near and far to help us celebrate! If you are flying into Birmingham via the Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport, both the Valley Hotel and the Aloft Hotel are ~15 minute drive away. Below are several accommodation recommendations.
A room block is reserved for Friday and Saturday evenings at the Valley Hotel for our out-of-town guests. The Valley Hotel is in the heart of Homewood, walkable to several great dining and shopping options, and it is also convenient to our ceremony and reception venue. Should you need assistance making a reservation or would like to extend your visit, please contact the Valley Hotel Sales Department at the number listed above. Transportation will be provided from the Valley Hotel to the wedding ceremony (see details below).
Aloft Hotel is another fantastic option in the heart of downtown Homewood. A room block has been created at the Aloft, as well. The Aloft is also within walking distance of the many shops and restaurants that Homewood has to offer and is a short drive from our ceremony and reception venue. Transportation will also be provided from the Aloft Hotel to the wedding ceremony (see details below).
The Grand Bohemian is located in Mountain Brook Village and is a fun, luxe experience. With easy walkable access to shops and restaurants, the Grand Bohemian is also directly across the street from the Birmingham Botanical Gardens and the Birmingham Zoo. We do not have a hotel block at the Grand Bohemian; however, if you are seeking a more elevated and luxurious experience, then this may a great option.
Parking at Park Crest is limited. Therefore, transportation to the wedding venue will be offered from both the Aloft and the Valley hotels -- please plan to sign up for a seat on the bus when you check-in. NOTE: Buses will begin to leave for the ceremony at approximately 4:30pm. Please plan to be in the lobby 10 minutes prior to departure. The first return trip back to the hotels will leave at 9:15pm, and will continue immediately after the Bride & Groom's departure at 10:00pm.
